Script AutoCrat3.onStart experienced an error

I am having an issue with Autocrat running.  When I click on the extension, the pop-up appears and the arrow spins indefinitely.  I have tried closing out of the file, out of Chrome, off the computer.  Sometimes it will work, but if I make an adjustment to the template or spreadsheet, it will stop loading. 

Sometimes I get this error message: Script AutoCrat3.onStart experienced an error

I have used this for years without an issue.
