Loading Hangs & Running Hangs

Hi  Joseph,

We have used autocrat to merge information into PDF documents for a little over 2 years with no issues.

About a week ago, we started to run into slowdowns where the app ran but took a few minutes to run (compared to the few seconds it usually takes)

Some context:

• Google spreadsheets used with autocrat have not changed over ~2 years
• The app still launches but it either will only list help when being selected in the menu or it allows the tool to launch and we can initiate the process but it now hangs indefinitely while seemingly running
• We use the app across 3 workbooks/sheets docs and all 3 have the same issues that have appeared at the same time
• A resolution that had worked was to close all other tabs and let the tool run as the only open browser tab but as of today that has stopped working as a temp solution

To tool just hangs on this loading screen below. If it does go to the next view, starting the run of the app also results in a hang that lasts 10 minutes or more:

Is there anywhere that I can pull the logs to see what may be causing the hang?

Howdy. The problem is the Form table format in the Google Sheets response. Autocrat can't handle the change. I've detailed it in this blog entry (don't worry, no advertising, strictly educational):

This problem had me puzzled for a few days, but the one change "Revert to unformatted data" eliminates the stall in Autocrat loading.
