Did you scroll down on the page where you entered the email merge tag and fill in the subject and body of the email?

Do you have a a filter set?  The NULL and NOT NULL must be in caps.  The filed must match exactly.

Autocrat should have placed "Starting ...." in all of the rows to be processed.
