I ran this job and it showed me this error and I don't quite understand what this means since I set no data validation rules for this cell.

What value is in B2 of the source sheet? 

This is usually something wrong with the data.

Hi Joe,

The value on B2 is actually just plain text. Additionally, I also tried to delete everything on that Column and it still did not work. 

I fixed this issue by changing and recreating the template from scratch.
