Autocrat error: TypeError: Cannot read property "details" from undefined.

to NV Autocrat Add-on

I used to be able to create certificates using Google slides and save these as individual PDF files in my Google Drive.

I have tried the last 3 days and keep getting the above error. I can run it and save it as a google slide without a problem but not as a PDF.

It shows it will process all 6 lines and then the error appears. The status column shows Starting at Thu Feb 19 2026 10:44:26 GMT-0500 (EST)

Is there anyone that can assist me with resolving this issue. I still cannot save it as a PDF It keeps crashing and then displays TypeError: Cannot read property "details" from undefined
