Issue merging with single mode

I am trying to using autocrat to merge using the settings below

and getting the error below

Did you create the template document yourself, is it a converted file (from Word etc) or does it have pages of tables/columns that continue over from one page to another?

Try doing the same thing but using 'Multiple Output Mode'. It should work.

I encountered this error myself, and the workaround is functional, and appreciated!  However, I'm looking to create a single document out of the merge process, and now I have to use another program to merge the resulting PDFs.  Is there any plan to address the "Unsupported" error for the Single output mode?
