I am receiving: "Document successfully created; Document successfully merged; PDF created; !!Error Sending Emails: Service invoked too many times for one day: email.; Run via form trigger as nrpta@***; Timestamp: Mar 27 2019 4:39 PM. This is on a Google Suite for Education account. As far as I can see I am not near the daily quota. My temp key is: AMWRuYiez77ogqseF6Ldwo0JM5kUv2vjq9CqlfNWDeExFGmzDVwSRI/uHEVH3M7HzeVk7NfsK0AS
Any help or thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,

Thank you for providing your user key! I think you are correct, there are no errors populating under your key to suggest that a quota is being reached by your account. I will relay this information to a developer to see if this a change by Google for the add-on as a whole. Thank you for flagging this!

In the meantime, while we investigate, if you delete this error text from your spreadsheet and run the job again manually (or wait for the next form or time trigger to run) will that work? Are you seeing this error multiple times for this job? ( how many rows had a fail message for emails?)

Also, keep in mind that it looks like the PDF was already created, so running again would create a duplicate of this file.

Appreciate anything further info you can find out for us.
I have tried deleting the error text and running manually. It still does not work although I will see one here and there randomly send successfully.
I did wait for over 24 hours but same result.

How did you solved the problem? I have the same problem and i dont know what about the daily quota. I dont have google suit account, i only activate autocrat with may gmail account.

I am having this same issue.  For me it has been somewhat of an intermittent problem.  Lately it seems to be happening every time there is a trigger (either from a Google Form or manually) and not intermittently.  I can have at most 25-30 form triggers per day, but usually have at most about 5 or 6 so I do not think I am bumping up against any Google restrictions.  My temp key is AMWRuYjy3MiMPWKHkfY+yxMwkgbAPoBdAIVrYppzJebKmBvZsgi0ivoKnYF59DjqirclFuYBzMgA.  I have removed all of the other spreadsheets from this workbook thinking there might be a conflict somewhere, and also tried rebuilding the data run and then uninstalling and reinstalling AutoCrat. Nothing so far has solved the problem Thanks for your help in resolving this issue.  It really is a major issue for me.

This is definitely a Google quota issue. Are you using attachments? Sometimes Google thinks that you might be spamming and throttles you back. I remember someone saying that attachments can trip this wire. Just a thought.

Hi Gary,

I am sending a pdf attachment out in the report Autocrat generates to a distribution list of about 25.  I tried removing the Autocrat merge field data on a few of my original spreadsheet rows and running Autocrat again - got the same error.  I then copied over 7 rows from my original spreadsheet to a new spreadsheet and set up a new file folder for the pdf's that would be created as a test.  Autocrat ran successfully (the distribution list was 1 person only).  I then tried running Autocrat again on my original spreadsheet after removing the merge field data from about 10 rows.  Autocrat ran 4 rows this time before it started generating the error report's again.  So this time I got out 11 reports before the errors started.  

11 does not seem like it is too huge a number that it should trip some kind of spam preventer.  I would think that most schools would at a minimum have a classroom of 25-30 that they would like to send attachments to in an email - and that would not be spam.

Do you know of any type of Google account that would allow you to get around this restriction, or if there is a setting or something you can request or even buy from Google as a workaround?

I am using Multiple Output mode.  I found something about Google Restrictions that says 

"For free users, your quota is 100 emails with attachments / 24 hours the first month following the installation of YAMM on your account, then 50 emails with attachments / 24 hours."

Since my distribution list is 25 addresses,  and each row of my spreadsheet generates a separate report that goes out to the distribution list, this is getting to the 100 emails restriction if it is counted this way instead of 4 emails going to 25 people.

I am using a form trigger, so each form when it is received generates a merge email.  If I used a once per day time trigger instead, would all the reports received the previous day be put into one merge email and sent out together?  In this case if I had 6 reports received in one 24 hour time span and a time trigger email merge was generated, would this be 25 emails with 6 pdf attachments = 150 emails or would it just be 25 emails with one combined attachment = 25 emails?

So I think I have a solution.  I gave this a test and it worked for me.

Create a Google group to be used for receiving the emails.  Add the 25 email addresses as members of the group.

In Autocrat, set the send email to the Group email address and remove the 25 email addresses.

When Autocrat runs it will be a single email that is sent.  So, if there are six rows per day, that will be six emails toward your quota.

That is an efficient use of Autocrat and Google Groups.  Google will be happy with you.

You are sending too many emails too fast. I’m pretty sure that the Google will see anything more than 10-per-minute as spam when you are using an API call. Try batching them.

Gary,

They are sending too many emails for a non-Gsuite account.  The solution I gave yesterday will work.  They could also purchase a Gsuite account if this isn't a nonprofit. Even with a Gsuite account, they would use 25 emails per row.  The solution I gave uses Google Groups which doesn't care how many members are in the group.

There may be other ways to check the quota but I know that Flubaroo will check the quota.  You don't have to run Flubaroo.  From the Add-on menu, click on Flubaroo, then click on advanced, and then on check email quota.  If they would check the quota before and after running one row in Autocrat, I suspect they will see the quota go down by the number of emails.

This can be an issue with G-Suite accounts as well.

I set Autocrat to run in single output mode on a time trigger instead of a form trigger.  This solves the issue of too many emails in a 24 hr period.  The multiple data rows from the spreadsheet are counted as 1 unit in the email, ex: 4 data rows x 25 email addresses = 25 emails counted towards the daily quota (instead of being 100 if multiple output mode was used).  I have not tried the Google Groups method yet but will do that.

A new issue is now, the time trigger will not run.  I have tried the Autocrat setup on a 1 hour and 6 hour trigger and it will not run.  I can run it manually, but it will not run on it's own.  I am getting an error message "Unable to load file.  Try to load again or send an error report".  I tried uninstalling/reinstalling Autocrat, but it does not seem like it is fully uninstalled, only removed from the menu (when reinstalling the previously created merge jobs appear again).

I don't think single output mode is consistent with emailing the result.  You are wanting to have it send on the last row.  

Maybe others have gotten single output to work with a trigger.  I would be surprised if it worked.  I don't think Autocrat is smart enough to wait until the last row to send the email.  Maybe it is smarter than I think.

The Google Groups should work and the number of recipients can grow as needed.

Проблема решилась: открыл страницу в режиме Инкогнито (браузер Chrome) и всё получилось сделать

Your email has hit the quota. Normal gmail account can only send 100 emails per day. Unless you buy G-suite account, your quota will increase.
