autocrat help

I have set-up my autocrat, which I believe I did correctly (watched a tutorial), and its not working any tips? 

It is telling me the no fields merged-

Did you set a filter that limits which rows will be processed?  Is there something in the status column(4th) of the merge for every row? 

If you are doing a preview, I think it only looks at the first 10 or 20 rows.
