Job Sent SCREENSHOT of ENTIRE Responses

Hi

Never seen this before..... recently one of our jobs was re running (found out some of the autocrat columns had not fully populated when the original job ran, but instead of resending the template over and over it is sending a screenshot of the entire response sheet.  how is this possible?

See attached screenshot showing the "attachment" that was sent from autocrat.

With computers all things are possible.  I'm sorry you have such a strange behavior.   

Review the setup screens to hopefully find something amiss. 

Did the do not delete sheet get corrupted?
