Authorization issues

I have been getting "Authorization Required" emails daily about a process that runs on a form everytime a form is submitted. 

The Google Sheets add-on AutoCrat is set to run automatically at a specific time interval, when a form is submitted, or both. The add-on was recently updated and it needs you to re-authorize it to run on your behalf.

The add-on's automatic functions are temporarily disabled until you re-authorize it. To do so, open Google Sheets and run the add-on from the Add-ons menu .

This notification email will be sent to you at most once per day until the add-on is re-authorized.

I have run the process multiple times, including in Incognito Mode. But it is not working still. 

Any thoughts or suggestions?

I had the same problem, on every sheet I'd ever used Autocrat on, so I was getting multiple emails per day I was only asked to update permissions with one sheet, none of the rest offered the option when opened. I tried disabling the Autocrat script for each one and deleting the coinciding hidden sheet. I tried deleting the Autocrat job from each sheet. The only thing that worked was uninstalling Autocrat. When I need to use it again in August I'll have to rebuild everything and hope for the best.
