Error Codes - too many changes and exception: request failed

We have had two different errors coming up for AutoCrat today that we have not seen before

1) Too many changes applied before saving document...

2) Exception: Request failed for http://docs.google.com returned code 500...

Any help would be appreciated.

These are general Google failures. The first message indicates that Googles auto save was not keeping up with the rate at which Autocrat was updating the document, which can happen if something is slowing down the server. The 500 error is a catchall for something went wrong on the server. If this is something new, the chances are it’s just transient.
