ISSUE - NetworkError: Connection faliure due to HTTP 400

Dear Team,

Please rectify this Issue that I am facing (NetworkError: Connection faliure due to HTTP 400) I have to send the certificates urgently. I was able to send the certificates yesterday and day before yesterday, but what is the Issue now. My Internet is also stable. Please help me with the solution.

Did you change anything?  I suspect a file has been renamed or something.  Try setting up the merge again.
