"memory exceeded" error message

Hi

I have just set up Autocrat to create a merged document from a Google forms spreadsheet, which is then fed into a slide and emailed to the client.

When testing the workflow, the addon is processing two rows, then I am getting the error message 'memory exceeded'.

Is there something I need to do here?

Hello Esther,

Are you still seeing this issue? "Memory Exceeded" is an error I have not seen before; could you retrieve your user key from the Autocrat drop-down and copy and paste it ont his thread. We can then check the backend for this error. Thanks!

Hello, my name is Gabriela, the same happens to me, I have it set in Spanish, the error is "Se ha superado el límite de memoria" traducido "The memory limit has been exceeded", it even appears when I try to create a new job. That is, it is not related to the limit of daily shipments or something.

I hope you can help me.
