السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته 

تحية طيبه 

اواجة مشكلة بعد تثبيت اداة (Autocrat) وهي عدم وصول الشهادة للمرسلين مع العلم في ملف الاكسل تظهر رساله تم الارسال 

ارجو مساعدتي في الحل

If the status column indicates that a message was sent to the correct email address, then Autocrat did its thing.

The message could be in the spam folder of the receiver.  Also, the sender's domain or the receiver's domain may be blocking the message.

You will have to do more research.  I'm going to guess that emails sent to yourself work.

شكراً جزيلاً على سرعه الرد 

لكن انا اضع بريدي الالكتروني حتى اتاكد من وصول البريد وانتظر 5 دقايق و لا تصل و ابحث في البريد العشوائي ولا يوجد بريد

Does it show in your Sent folder?  Sometimes Gmail doesn't put messages sent to oneself in the inbox.

I can't remember the settings to make the message display in the inbox.  

I'm going to guess that the emails that are not being received are not to gmail.com addresses.

Good morning Sir, I just want to say that I don't know how I got connected to this if I hit a button or it was an accident but I don't know anything about using this I am not technically savvy it takes me an hour or more can't even read or get to the information I need I don't even know how to take it off my phone I'm so sorry if I messed anything up when reviewing the emails that was not my intentions I'm just not texting I'm sorry
