image insertion with autocrat

Hello, I am using autocrat to report with forms and docs. And it works perfectly. I would like to insert images into my reports using forms. I push on form an image in response to a question. It works very well. But when creating merge with docs there I can't display the image in docs. I have read the explanations for a successful insertion but I don't think I fully understand what to do. insertions of formula in the cells of the results sheet of the spreadsheet but where? and which formula precisely? If someone succeeded in this and could share their information with a real life example. It will be really great. Thank you

Are you referring to the last page of the FAQ?  You have to insert the number of columns needed.  You need one column for each file so you can use a formula to modify the URL.

The extra columns can be inserted in the Form Response sheet.  Google knows which columns come from the form.

Sorry for the long reponse time. And yes i reffered the last page of faq's.

I followed the tutorial. I created a form to push an image with a question or I chose an image file. I get a spreadsheet file of answers. In the cells I have the url where the file is stored. then with autocrat I make a merge in a doc. But after the execution of the autocrat job I get a doc file that does not contain the image. Where is my mistake ?

i understand your message. i need just 1 image in my doc and i have 1 columns with url.

Did you add the column and use a formula to convert the URL to a format that Autocrat likes.  It has to specify "thumbnail".
