Triggers not working

Hi,

I've been using Autocrat for years, and it's fabulous.  However, I've recently run into a problem where if I try to add a form trigger the system generates a "too many triggers" warning.  I've looked at managing triggers and even turning them all off, but the only way I've been able to get it to work is to make a new job and have no triggers and run it manually - which is a pain.  Please help.  Thanks!

How many spreadsheets do you have that have a form trigger set?

I would try and turn off the form trigger on any spreadsheet that is no longer receiving responses.

Thanks for the idea, Eileen, but I only have 1 form with active triggers.  So it's not that.

I am having the same issues.  I only have one trigger it was working a few days ago before I had the issue with only the help menu showing.

I only have 1 trigger on each job, and there's only one job active right now.
