Still getting 'Connection failure due to HTTP 0'

Hi everyone,

I've used Autocrat for awhile now, and it's been fantastic. I could usually merge 100 rows and send pdf/emails. It would tell me 'It's taking too long', but would still do the 100 rows. I had split the data into 100-row tabs to manage the larger jobs.

Right now it's not working very well. I hope you can help.

It will begin to work, then when it shows approximately 5 rows merged (under a minute), it will come up with 'NetworkError: Connection failure due to HTTP 0.' The merges will continue to pop up until it reaches 26 rows merged.

I have tried:

- clearing cache

- using an incognito window

- creating a new Google Sheet

Is there anything else I can try? Just last month it was working fine with 100 rows.

We have over 1000 rows of student data to deal with on a monthly basis, so working in batches of 25 really isn't going to be sustainable.

I'm sorry you are having all of these problems.  I don't currently see others having a problem.

Make sure you are signed onto only one account.

Autocrat will not work with a Team or Shared drive.

Is all of the output going to one folder?

If the school has a workplace account, you should be able to send 1500 emails per day.

I'm thinking that something changed within your system.  New security software or something like that.

You might want to try copying the files to your personal account and see if you can create the output for 50 rows.  You don't have to send the emails.  If possible, run not using the school resources.  If it runs fine, then there must be something in the school system.

I'm sorry, I don't have a magic answer for you.
