No Output data showing after running

Hello,
I’ve just been carrying out some maintenance on AutoCraft and I have noticed an error. When the form submits, it is not showing any output here, but is still sending emails. Any ideas?

Refresh the screen.
Look at the hidden sheet.
Putting the information about what it did is the last step.
Make sure you have right access to the file.
Check with your IT or workplace administrator to see if they're blocking third-party applications from writing.
That's all I can think of now.

I've tried refreshing the tab, nothing happens.
What would I be looking for on the hidden tab?

The hidden sheet contains the date last run in the columns to the right.
Try an incognito window in Chrome.
Try a different computer as something might be running to prevent the writing back to the spreadsheet.
I don't know if sharing the files would help solve the problem.
Is this for a company or something personal.

Yeah I tried like this way also but it's not help me it didn't allow the pdfs,doc,jpg, only sheets. Is there any way to do
