Problems with emails being generated

Starting this week, emails that are automatically generated are not being created or sent with autocrat documents.  I have re-set the triggers and tried re-running autocrat, but still nothing is coming through.

Any reason why or other suggestions on what to do to fix it?

Look at the status column.

Turn the triggers off on the manage trigger from the main menu .  Then set the trigger 

Does the merge run manually?

The merge runs and a document is generated.  However, nothing is emailed out automatically.

What is in the status column?  You could have a the wrong column geing used.

The vertical bar on the left hand side shows a list of valid columns.  You don't use the merge tags from the template.

When I say does it run, I mean all of the steps, including sending the email.

It shows everything is OK except for an invalid email, which doesn't make sense.  It is only this one line that email isn't working.  There is another line of data right below with the same email address and that is working.

The status reads:

Document successfully created; Document successfully merged; PDF created; !!Error Sending Emails: Invalid email: Dina Horner; Manually run by kmha...@aurorak12.org; Timestamp: Nov 26 2025 9:41 PM

The status for the one right below reads:

This is not a valid email addres

I don't see the "@".  Look closely at the email for special character when one row works and another doesn't, it usually means something wrong with the data. It may require some serious looking to find what was wrong.
