Address Unavailable

I keep getting the error Exeption: Address unavilable: ... then it has a link, I copy paste and the link takes me to the merged PDF.... What is happening???

Yes, I was having the same issue yesterday (3/17)!  I had a Sheet with 99 rows of data and was merging that onto a doc that would be sent to 99 email recipients and my error said, "Exception: Address unavailable: https://docs.google.com/feeds .... (and then a lengthy url)" 

I'm going to try again today but i've done projects that were much larger in the past with no problem... wondering if it's a temporary glitch or if I was doing something incorrectly?

What is the email address it is getting stopped up on? Maybe there is a weird character or something that shouldn't be in the email address?
