AutoCrat template error

I have read several posts in this group with the same error but no resolutions, so I am posting this again hoping for an update from someone.  Recently AutoCrat users in our school domain are getting error messages like this one on any jobs they create or have created in the past.

Here is what I know we have tried...

1) Ensured we are not logged into any other Google accounts

2) The files are not in a shared drive

3) AutoCrat has been allowed in our Google Admin console

4) We have uninstalled and reinstalled accepting any permissions

5) I have logged into my personal google account on the same computer and network and was able to use AutoCrat as normal without errors.

I believe that some new Google security update has caused this issue, but can't figure out what else to look at to see what is causing the issue.

I was able to run Autocrat with no problems.

I suspect an intermittent problem which will go away on its own.

Did the templates get moved to a shared drive?  Autocrat doesn't work with shared drives.

You may want to talk with the Workplace or IT folks.

Hi Everyone,

I've added whitelist for the two configured apps (autoCrat / Doctopus) in Google Admin (See Below). This still did not fix the issue.. does anyone know if there are any others?

Hi everyone,

We've resolved the issue. Any Google Admin that run into this issue make sure you add an exception to your Context Rules for the two Client ID's Above for AutoCrat.

Here are the steps
-       Login to Admin Console
- Security -> Access and data control -> API Controls -> Manage Third-Party App Access
- Click Configured Apps (View List)
- Configure New App
- Add by ID or Name
- Mark as Trusted &  Checkmark **Allowlist for exemption from API access blocks in context-aware access. Available only for apps added via OAuth client ID**

We're having the same issue and I tried the steps listed here.

I've also uninstalled and reinstalled Autocrat and I'm still not able to get it to work.  Any other suggestions?
