AutoCrat Email bug

Good afternoon,

I ran into an issue today where the AutoCrat preview correctly displays the email I am intending to send something to. However, when I run the job, it gets sent to a completely different email that I am having trouble locating.

Has anyone else had this issue?

My understanding is that Autocrat only sends to the person testing the preview when doing a preview.

It is a separate setting in the merge.  Check the status column which is added by Autocrat.

Thanks for your reply. The status column is showing a different email than the one that the preview says it is going to get sent to.

Preview:  The email and doc below will be shared with the following settings:
[To: Test...@test.com;

Status Column: Email sent to: Diff...@test.com;

Have you checked that you are selecting the column with the email.  It is the one with a column header you put in the setup.

Is there any other hints as I don't remember Autocrat sending to an incorrect email.

I have double-checked that the email column is selected.

Each row of that column has a unique email, but all AutoCrat processes are getting sent to the same, singular email.

Can you share a screenshot of the settings for emailing and a screenshot of the column containing the email.

The email can be fake emails.
