I don't know of a way to stop a job.  Use Preview to run the job until you are sure it is working correctly.

Autocrat will not process a row with anything in the status column.  Put an "X" or anything in all the rows you don't want to process.  Then run Autocrat.

You can then remove the "X" and run again.

Either using Preview or putting something in the status column are ways to prevent runaway jobs.

I was able to find a way to stop the job. Make a copy of the DO NOT DELETE - AutoCrat Job Settings tab (tab may be hidden). Then delete the job that is running. You can restore your file or use the backup to put your job settings back. This is helpful when you have a runaway train of dozens or hundreds of rows slowing being cranked out and no other way to stop them. It works as soon as you delete the job that is running.
