Emails saying they are 'sent successfully' but then not being received?

Hi all, have been using Autocrat with no issues for a few years with some hiccups along the way.

In the last 3 months I've been having issues with Autocrat saying emails are being sent, but then the recipient isn't receiving the email.

I'm sending less than 100 emails out at a time.

They are appearing in my "sent" email with no issues

Thoughts?

Hi Joe,

The email being used is a personal account, not tied to any businesses and I don't have a Google Workspace account so I don't believe I can activate anything

Are you using a personal internet provider or one connected to a school or work?

Have asked the people to check their spam folder?

If some are getting the emails and some are not, I have to wonder if those not getting the email are on the same network provider.

I'll let you know if I think of something else.

Are you sending from this domain?  I believe there are some settings that have to be set in the domain.  

This is above my knowledge.  I'm just passing on what I do know.

Thanks Joe, personal IP on this and sending from the same domain I've been using for years with no changes
