Email TAGS not working, error sending emails invalid email

Okay so right now I'm trying to makes e-certificate and mass send to personalized emails. My spreadsheet contains Name, Email Address and so on.

<< Name >> TAGS working just fine, but everytime I want to send mass emails to their mails using << Email Address >> tags it doesn't working out.

it said like this: !!Error Sending Emails: Invalid email:

I've been trying to creat new spreadsheets, reinstalled AutoCrat / using different templates. or manually types the email address, its not working, can anyone help me please??

You must use the titles of the columns from the sheet and not the merge tags in the template for naming a file or sending an email.

Make sure the <<tag>> matches a column header exactly.
