Map Source Data to template error

Hello,

I have tried everything and am having no luck... I have selected a template (I've done both a google slide and a google form), hit next and it is not fetching the tag I put in. It's a very simple certificated with <<Name>> being the only tag to pull from the template. I've updated the accessibility to the form and slide and still nothing. Please help1

Try a simple   template that has just text.   I suspect you are using an image or something like that.

Once you have a simple merge working, you can make it more complicated.
