Single output mode not merging after 21 pages

Hi all,

I'm facing an issue which seems slightly different from the other recent threads.

I'm creating word documents (certificates) from a spreadsheet (Single output mode). For the first 21 pages the merge works properly. However, from 22 onwards we are stuck with <<name>> etc.

We have never had this issue before - any ideas/fixes?

We are experiencing a similar issue. 

In Single Output mode, the merge tags do not merge at all and simply look like <<name>> and <<sku>> etc. They do not even work on the first page. 

If I change to Multiple Output mode, the merge tags work as expected. However, I require a single PDF for my use case.
