I am writing to report an issue where the daily email limit in Autocrat is incorrectly set to 100 (non-premium/trial limit) despite my account status.
Here are the details of my account:
Account Status: My Google account is Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) or a recognized premium account, and it is not a trial account.
Account Age: The account has been active for more than 2 months.
Billing: I have paid the required Google fees (e.g., the initial $30 minimum payment) to transition the account out of trial status and confirm its premium limits.
Expected Limit: Based on my account status, the expected daily email limit for Autocrat should be approximately 1,000 sends per 24 hours.
Actual Issue: Autocrat is currently limiting my merges to 100 emails per day, indicating that it is not correctly detecting my premium account status.
This limitation is significantly impacting my workflow and ability to utilize Autocrat effectively for my large-scale operations.
Could you please investigate why Autocrat is failing to recognize my non-trial, premium Google account status and help me resolve this issue so I can access the correct 1,000-per-day email limit?
