Emails are not being generated/sent

Hi everyone,

I've used Autocrat for a few years for projects but have never run into this issue before, so either I'm doing something wrong or something has changed that I'm unaware of. My job is generating documents correctly and saving them into the Drive folder, but will not send an email no matter how I set the job details. This video shows more. Thanks in advance for any tips or advice! Much appreciated!

Have you tried adding the email tag into the To field manually rather than using the list?

I manually typed the tags, thank you for the tip. I actually figured out that it was the triggers - I turned all triggers off, and manually ran the job and the emails came through. Thanks!
