Autocrat add-on not work, says "Drive refused to connect"

Hello!

I've used Autocrat once on google sheets and absolutely loved how it sent the certificates customized. I was about to you use it now until I couldn't launch it anymore. I howver over to Autocrat>Open then this is what I see:

Anyone know how I can fix this? Need to send out certificates soon! Hehe. Thank so much community!

are you logged in with the email account associated with the google sheet?

You have to log out then log back in to your account to remove that
