Template Not Generating

I’ve been using multiple forms and reports with Autocrat for a long time without issues. Recently, I updated one of my report templates — one I’ve used successfully many times before — and now I can’t get the tags to populate correctly.

I go through the process to match the tags, run the merge, and the file name generates correctly but is the only thing that works. However, the output document still shows all the <<tags>> instead of replacing them with data in the generated document. When I check Autocrat again, it says the tags need to be matched all over.

I’ve spent days troubleshooting this with no luck. All my other templates work fine. I’m seriously about to pull my hair out — any ideas what could be causing this?

I'd hate to see anyone pull their hair out.  

Can you make a copy of the template and spreadsheet?  Does it still fail?
