I have used Autocrat for months with no problem, then yesterday I started getting this message and nothing I do will fix the issue. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the extension and I still receive the same message.
HELP!

I tried it with choosing Multiple instead of Single output and it worked. Not ideal, but at least I have my docs.

I have tesrted multiple times and can consistently run 15 rows to a single output. 20 or more rows seems to fail with a "this is taking too long" message followed by the error that has been reported.
I suggest you use multiple output mode and then use https://pdfmerge.w69b.com/ to combine the files. There seems to be an upper limit to the number of files that can be combined. I'm sorry, but at this time, I have not identified the limit.
I don't know why Autocrat started to fail. That is beyond my control.

I agree that it isn't ideal but it worked for me. You might want to try https://pdfmerge.w69b.com/.

Adding my voice to say I am also having this issue. It was working fine last week? and has worked perfectly for years.
I tried different types of browsers, creating a new template, using a different sheet, editing the job and creating a new job entirely, and tried only merging about 10 rows.
The only thing that worked was this, multiple output mode to pdf. And then merging the files so I could print all at once.
The merge job took a lot longer (plus I only tried merging 12 and then 18 at once to get my full 30 files done) and downloading and organizing and the third party website and etc takes a one click job into like 30 clicks.
But... It worked. And it was faster than manually entering in all the information 30 times. So. There is that! Thanks.

Hi everyone, thanks for your input on this. Like most of you, I have had no issues running Autocrat for years (mostly to pump out kids' assessment results from a template; including with docs, sheets and templates that live on a Shared Drive). My merge stops at 20 rows; any less than that seems to be ok.
Not sure if anyone is able to make sense of this little wrinkle and help find a solution, but I managed to work out what the random ID is (the one that pops up in the Service Documents error). It's Autocrat trying to create the new merged document. I have a bunch of them sitting in the root folder of my Google Drive that are basically replicas of the template file, but with the name give in the Autocrat settings.
Have a look in the recents/last modified section of your Drive. If this is what is happening for all of us, it might help the Oompa Loompas figure out what's going on.

UPDATE: SOLUTION!
Just tried running the App in an Incognito window - my IT guy suggested this as a way to get around potential cache corruption. It worked! If others could try this and let us know, that might, again, help the developers sort out whatever has caused the issue.

Clearing the cache also seems to have solved the problem:
