Blank "AutoCrat" main page

Hello everyone!

First of all, wish you all a happy New Year's eve.

I've been using AutoCrat for the past months, but recently I switched my Macbook to a M4 Pro Macbook, and I've seen some compatibility issues with other apps.

Right after upgrading, I'm unable to see the AutoCrat main interface anymore, it stays blank. Tried reinstalling the extension and unfortunately it didn't help.

Do you guys have anything in mind?

I don't have a Mac but could your new Mac have a popup blocker?

I'm having this exact same issue on a 2018 MacBook Air that I've been using Autocrat on for years. Has anyone managed to solve this?

I'm having the same issue. I just have a blank screen when I go to open it. I have Macbook and recently updated my software, thinking this would help. It did not. I also uninstalled and reinstalled Autocrat. Still the blank screen. I also disable the popup blocker. Has anyone else been able to solve this?

I am also having the same issue. Just found this group looking for a solution. From what I'm hearing is that a recent update did something to this add-on. I am a Windows 11 user on a Del 7540.

Having same issue. Also on Mac, running Sequoia 15.1 and Chrome 131.0.6778.265 (Official Build) (arm64). 

Tried closing & reopening Chrome.

Checked organization access to Autocrat; all seems same.

No recent updates to Chrome or OS.

Guessing from multiple reports this is possibly update to Autocrat that glitched?

I had the same problem. Running Windows 11 and the latest update from 01/14/2025-01/15/2025. I did not have to uninstall the latest Windows update. 

Uninstalling and reinstalling the Autocrat add-on, in conjunction with clearing browser cookies and cache and resetting Chrome settings "restore settings to their original defaults" made it so that when I launched the Autocrat extension again it went through and asked for me to grant access permissions to my account. Once I did that, it finally popped up with the New job screen instead of loading blank.

Clearing the Chrome cache solved the problem for me.  I'm back in business now!

I was able to just clear cookies and cache and log out and back in to the browser and Autocrat came back up with my jobs for me. Thank goodness.
