Autocrat API autorization not working.

I have a user that is trying to authorize autocrat to access their account. When it gets to the Google popup for picking the account to authorize nothing is clickable. We cannot can't click on the account name to authorize access. There is only one account listed. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this?

I was able to partially authorize through Admin->Security->API Controls->App Access Control->Configured Apps

Choose Add app, select Oauth2 App Name or Client ID

enter 539341275670.apps.googleusercontent.com and click search.

Unfortunately it also seems that 539341...@developer.gserviceaccount.com is used which cannot be authorized in the same manner.  I am not aware of any workaround.  I published a question earlier today and have not received a response.

I'm afraid this is way above my paygrade.  I'm aware that Google will be making changes.  I'm afraid I don't know much more than that.

I saw your post but was not sure if it was the same issue. Thank you for the reply. I have the ID approved. So far it is just the one user that needs to approve the access. Those that already have access, like myself, are not having any issues.

I was able to work around the issue by opening an incognito browser, signing in the user, and then going through the permissions process. I would still like to see a fix for this issue.

I’m afraid you’ll find that existing tokens have a lifespan, which although long, will eventually expire.  I ran into that with multiple applications that I thought were already approved but which later required additional approval for another oauth2 Id.
