Bounce to Gmail users from my Google Workspace email

Hi all!

I've been using autocrat for years to automate sending certificates of completion to people who take my continuing education courses. Now, I've invested in an official domain name, and have transferred everything over there.

However, I'm now finding that gmail is blocking these emails-- I sent a test to my gmail account from my Workspace account and, indeed, it was blocked.

How to fix this? I'm not tech savvy at all and don't have hours and hours to put into it -- even reading this made my head spin.

I would hope that the folks at Google who helped you setup the Google Workspace could help. It could be a domain name issue.

Your problem is way above my paygrade. I can tell you that others have gotten it to work. I don't know how much effort it took.
