Autocrat can't create job

Hi, I have some issue about autocrat. My autocrat can't create new job, when I clicked new job button, it stuck at generating new job. It works well before this, but this problem show suddenly.

Try this.

Close the sheet
Log out completely from all Google accounts

Log in only with the Google account for the sheet

Open the sheet again

The problem still can't solve... I tried at incognito tab but also the same problem.

In the screenshot you have a lot of windows open, which might have a very heavy system load preventing Autocrat running, perhaps close down everything but the Google sheet and try again?

Try creating the Autocrat job when you are on a sheet with data.  It looks like there is no data to be merged.

Hi Joe, just tested that and it passed the generating new job screen fine for me with no data in the sheet

Now I just open google with the Google Sheet's windows and screen recorder, to reduce stress, but the problem still there. I tried at normal tab and incognito tab but also same.

I'm sorry you are still having issues.

See possible solution  If this fixes your issue, you may want to check with your WorkPlace administrator.  Autocrat might be being blocked.

I got this from NewVisions.  

In the past I have seen this occur if a user has an ad-blocker installed or if their domain installed a web-filtering software - both of these can cause the Autocrat modal to have display errors.

Try an incognito window that might bypass the ad-blocker.

If you are using an ad-blocker, try turning it off.  Make sure your domain hasn't installed web-filtering software.

Oh yes, the problem solved after I change my DNS to google's DNS server. Thanks!
