Hi all,

Any help here would be much appreciated. 

I have Autocrat set up to generate a certificate and send it to anyone that fills out a form. In February this worked perfectly but I have just double checked if it still works and it no longer does. 

The certificate is still generated, but it is no longer sent out and I have noticed a 'unable to talk to trigger service' error message in my inbox. This seems weird to me because if it is triggered by the form being completed, that looks to be working perfectly - the certificates are still being generated. 

You can see below that the action to send out the certificates has just stopped generating. 

Please let me know if you can understand why!

What is in the status column?  I understand that Google recently changed the name of the email address when it collects the email address in the form.  You may have to edit the Autocrat job and then rerun for the rows where the email was not sent.

The filled status column says: Document successfully created; Document successfully merged; PDF created; Emails Sent: [To: EMAIL; Reply To:EMAIL]; Run via form trigger as EMAIL; Timestamp: Feb 18 2021 4:17 AM
(I have edited identifiable emails out, but they are all emails I know are live)
How would I edit the Autocrat job to include the new name of the email address? I thought the form just linked directly.
