Autocrat does not Auto-Send

I have tried to delete job at autocrat and reset twice autocrat but yet still not able to trigger automatically when respondent answered the Google Form. I already enable form trigger but yet it fails. Anyone experienced this before and have any solution.

Does it fail every time?  Are you running the merge on the Responses sheet?  Are you using Google Forms?

Does the merge run fine when run manually?
