I'm getting an error on Safari for Autocrat - NEEDS Authorization

Good morning,

My google forms that are using autocrat continue to give me an authorization error. While I am in the add-ons menu and hit open, it gives me the authorization error on Safari, but I have no problems when I'm opening these forms and the responses on Google Chrome browser.

I seem to have no prompt or question regarding authorization on the chrome browser, and even though I am having to manually start the trigger that should be automated, it will at least let me run the jobs that are open. 

Sidenote: I feel as though many of my columns were duplicated with this recent update...

Please advise.

Yes, I am manually running as often as I can. The forms and emails being produced need timely response and I cannot keep doing this, I do take vacation and you can't have a back up on Autocrat, it is a one person thing. If clear instructions across all platforms are not given I will have to go to another platform. The rebuild will take less time than getting in here hourly and running four + sheets manually.

Please Autocrat and Google staff out there, we NEED a resolution to the On Form Trigger not being recognized.

I, too, am having to run these jobs manually. This is insane, as we have so many.

Si, hay que ejecutarlo manualmente, no está funcionado la automatización y algunas columnas se agregan solas, un desastre, no sé qué hacer para arreglarlo.
