Can't merge sheets data to Docs

Hi there,

When I try to merge data from a sheet to my template I get an error message saying I can't do it because I need permission from the owner of the sheet or the document.

I am the owner of the documents... I can't get this add-on to work.

Any idea what's wrong?

Hello,

Make sure that you are only logged into one Google account when trying to load this add-on ( if you have multiple accounts open can cause permission issues and Autocrat can get confused on which account owns the files) Also make sure that both of these files are on your Google Drive ( not on a Team or Shared Drive)
You can also open up and Chrome Incognito window and then try to load the add-on.

Thank you for the quick response. 

I am only logged into one google account. The same one where the documents are located within the drive. 

The document and sheet aren’t shared with anyone. 

Any idea what else could be the issue?
