Column missing in merge

I have a sheet that is collecting from a google form, and at each entry the result is merged and emailed off to a recipient.

All of that works flawlwssly... But... one of the columns is totally overlooked by Autocrat. 

The columns before and after are merged just fine, and there is a defined field in the template file, and that field is available in the sidebar of what was found in the template.  

There isn't a recognized element to map it to. 

So the resulting file that the user gets has the question and the tag that would normally be filled with their reply.

I've included an image if that is helpful.  I'm just totally stumped.

I really have 2 questions other than how to fix this problem.

1) is there a way that I can avoid this from happening?

2) is there a way to manually add this field in the Autocrat merge?

Change the merge tag in the template to <<conviction>>  The merge tag you have is a mile and a half long and includes a single quote.  I'm not sure why Autocrat isn't finding it be I would delete the long title and type in a short merge tag.

I didn't even think to look a the sheet as the issue...

Unfortunately, the issue remains exactly the same with the column renamed.  

Autocrat just seems to skip right over column "I".  Despite displaying the target found in the template doc.

Hmm...interesting. After you changed the merge tag did you re-fetch the template - in Step 2,  even though your template is already saved try to re-select the template from Drive. That should refresh Step 3 which maps the merge tags to the column headers. Hoping that will help.

I'm sorry, it is the template that needs to be changed.  If the spreadsheet has that long header, I would consider renaming it.

I did that a couple of times, but I just went back and deleted the previous job and made a new one.

Things are back up and running.  Thank you all.

I'm not certain if it was the renaming (even though that seems very likely) or deleting the old job and making a new one.

I'm just pleased to have it functioning again.
