Send email only to those where i had error sending emails.

Hello

So, I organized a online competition via google forms and sent participants certificates via autocrat. Many of the participants didn't received certificates because either they submitted wrong email ID or i consumed the daily free email quota. Now many of the participants have corrected their email ID by editing their response.

Now, how can i send email only to those where i had error sending emails, and also automatically update the status of the email (sent or not sent)

Delete the information from the status column and run Autocrat again.

  I did.  Three times, and triple checked my set up, as well, to make sure nothing was off with that.  Same result.

Should i delete all the info in status column or only those entries where status shows :  Failed to send mail

You can do either just the entries for the ones with errors or back up your sheet, copy it, and in the copy just play Werth the ones giving you errors. If you have over 240 lines on your spreadsheet,  that could also be the problem. So backing up and reducing the number of entries may help.

Only the rows you want to send.  If you delete the status for all rows, all rows will be sent.
