Merge criteria is not producing result

I have a sheet where my only merge criteria is if a specific column has the following word "MOD" then do one script or "DOT" then do another script. I have been using this for several years and it works fine, but today it is saying that "No rows will be merged. None meet merge criteria." Which is not true, I have one column that says DOT and 2 that say MOD so I'm not sure where the problem is coming from. I try to run the scripts and I am getting an error message "Exception: We're sorry, a server error occurred. Please wait a bit and try again." and also "Something is wrong. This should not be taking this long :("

Hi Courtney,

Are you still experiencing this issue?

'Server Errors' as referenced in this message are usually temporary and most likely are connected to a Google overloaded server (most likely high volume of traffic on the Google platform)

The "Something is wrong" error is misleading; if you keep the Autocrat module open it should keep running any rows it started.

Yes I am still getting the server error.
