BCC not working on autocrat job

Hi there

Anyone know how to fix this?  Any recipients in BCC do not get the message.  Anybody in TO: or CC: do.  No error messages and the email is in my outbox, albeit without any BCC recipients.  Looks like they don't get pushed across.  

BCC is pretty crucial to stay abreast of EU GDPR laws so any help appreciated.

Did you check the status column (4th) to see if it indicated sent to BCC?

Did you use a different email in BCC?

I just did a one-row test and it appears to work for me.  I tried using a separate email that I own and then checked the outbox and the message was there.

I also have no-reply set.  Could it be that?  Will try with basic settings

Also, try using a Gmail account instead of the school account.  That will determine if it is a school setting or not.

I used a Gmail account also and it didn't work.  Going to simplify it all now and will let you know if it works
