hello, I am the Workspace Admin trying to help a teacher with her AutoCrat. A little over a week ago she started receiving these email errors:

In trouble shooting, I have verified if any of the message are being sent and they look to be. We have also tried removing the sheets add-on extension for AutoCrat and re-installing it. I have asked her to check with the Triggers and remove/recreate (waiting on status from this step)
I am not familiar with this application or how best to troubleshoot the issue, nor how to create and duplicate the issue on a new system.
these are the basic steps she sent me to try and recreate. but my unfamiliarity cause me confusion.
1. Create a Google Form
2. Link to a Google Sheet
3. Create a Template
4. Set up AutoCrat in the Google Sheet.
b. Name the Job
c. Choose the Template from Google Drive that was created in Step 3.
d. Map source data to template
e. Create a Naming Protocol for Documents that are created in AutoCrat.
f. Choose a folder in Google Drive where documents will go.
g. Don't add a Dynamic Reference
h. Set up the trigger condition
i. Set up the email that will be sent when triggered.
j. Add the job trigger.
any guidance would greatly be apricated.
