emails not being generated

Hi Joseph,

I set up Autocrat to send to different people based on approval status and type of payment.  I set up Form Mule to send to the requesters based on the approval status.

The 1/7/26 submissions were approved, but no email were sent by Autocrat or Form Mule.  I fixed the Form Mule issue and sent those emails.  I am not able to get the Autocrat emails to send.  I turned off the triggers and turned them back on.  I made changes to the jobs and saved them.  Every time I run the job manually, I just get the cleaning up message and it goes back to the jobs.

Any help you can give is appreciated.
