No drive connection after creating a new job

to NV Autocrat Add-on

I am testing Autocrat to use. After creating a new job > choose template > from drive, the "connecting to drive" message appears, and nothing else happens. The demo files run fine. I tried in Chrome, after logging out from all other gmail accounts, and in incognito mode. My internet connection is fine and I am able to access Google Drive. Kindly advise.
