Hello. I have a problem when i try to run AUTOCRAT.
It crash always with the same message.

Sometimes does some rows but i have near 1000 certificates to do and AUTOCRAT brokes and brokes 😕

Thanks for all equip, is a great extension.

The 503 is a server error. Autocrat will not work with a Team Drive.  I'm not sure what step Autocrat fails.  

Try using an incognito window in chrome.

I'm not sure where Autocrat is failing so you many want to try the following.

See possible solution  If this fixes your issue, you may want to check with your WorkPlace administrator.  Autocrat might be being blocked.

I got this from NewVisions.  

In the past I have seen this occur if a user has an ad-blocker installed or if their domain installed a web-filtering software - both of these can cause the Autocrat modal to have display errors.

Try an incognito window that might bypass the ad-blocker.

If you are using an ad-blocker, try turning it off.  Make sure your domain hasn't installed web-filtering software.

We use AUTOCRAT with TeamsDrive and normally for 2 jobs and it does it really well
Once a year we do this work and normally it works but this year it breaks easily.

AUTOCRAT starts the job but breaks randomly in the middle of the job, sometimes it does 25 rows, other times none, other times 3 or 15, etc.

It's sad because it worked very well.

Do a test with a personal account.  It is my understanding that Autocrat will not work with Team drives.

I don't know anything about your application.  Can one person own the files and give others edit access as necessary.

It is my understanding that there is no command to correctly create a file on a team drive using a script.  

I tried asking https://chat.openai.com/chat and I was told it is possible.  I'm not a script writer and I don't have access to the script to change it.

I am CCing NewVisions.  Even if it is possible, NewVisions may not have the resources to make a change.

While AI produces code, it doesn't modify an existing script, and much more important, it doesn't test the new script.  It doesn't guarantee that the change will not mess up something else.
