This is the error message that I receive, is there anyone that can help me figure out what I am doing wrong.? Document successfully created; Document successfully merged; PDF created; !!Error Sending Emails: Invalid email: $Parent Emails; Run via form trigger as; Timestamp: Jul 27 2020 1:23 PM

The address is incorrect. '$Parent Emails' . Look the content in field.

Just from the error message itself, it looks like the merge tag used to pull in the email address is not correct.

Merge tags are case sensitive and have to be exactly the same as the column headers on your spreadsheet. 

The easiest way to make sure the tags are correct is to copy them from the blue sidebar (click on the blue bar to open and then copy the merge tag from there) when in step 8:

The chacacter "$" is part of the field name? How many addresses were entered in the "to" field? For two or more addresses use the ","  with separate...
