Unable to send email using Autocrat

I've been using this extension to send a couple of pre-invoices to clients and for such small number of clients it worked great for the past 3 years. Now however when trying to run it I get emails bounced back. I don't see any precise errors, the emails are delivered fine if sent it manually also Autocrat preview for the first row is being sent to my email successfully.

Once I run a job that merges the rows into PDF, personalises the email and includes the PDF I can see the following results in the autocrat column:

Document successfully created; Document successfully merged; PDF created; Emails Sent: [To: reda...@redacted.test; BCC: mye...@email.com; Reply To: mye...@email.com]; Manually run by mye...@email.com; Timestamp: Jan 9 2025 5:29 AM

But when I take a look at my gmail it gets bounced for both bcc (to myself) and the client with same message (and red traffic light icon):

Looking through email logs via admin console I also get very generic (useless) error saying that email bounced with:

Any idea what could be wrong? I haven't changed anything on the domain / server or google admin setup (unless Google modified anything without me knowing) from the last time it worked correctly (which was in September).

I already tried reaching Google support for help, saying that I need to set up DKIM (which were missing) but those are now correct (and 48hours have passed) and it worked fine before without them ever being present, so I'm not really sure this is an issue.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

To ask a bit more, how does AutoCrat handle sending email - is everything done from the Google servers using users rights or externally? If first, is sending emails done via gAppsScript MailApp class?
I'm asking because Google Support wasn't really helpful, they kept saying I need to include Autocrat IPs into Domain SPF's (on top of existing google ones), but I don't think is necessary. It is however very odd that I'm able to send emails to myself successfully (preview or actually running jobs) but not to others. It's also strange that I'm able to send email to myself and others using gApps script / MailApp code example found here:

... so I'm wondering if there's some specific Google issue that doesn't allow running this in AutoCrat scope? I have the proper DKIM and SPF records set (to google) and I tried uninstalling the AutoCrat addon from the user space and enable ti in the workspace (also granted all permissions).

I found this in the older threads when searching (before opening a new one) and I can confirm DKIM and SPF's are set correctly. As mentioned I also uninstalled the extension as a user and installed it as an admin and gave it all permissions, but no dice. 
Do you have any additional ideas, what I could to make this work?
Also can it be confirmed that the extension uses gApps Script and "MailApp" classname (as mentioned above) to send the emails with user account, or does it use 3rd party server? Knowing this it may help me further clarify this issue with Google Tech Support.

I'm not sure I understand.  What do you mean by "fine if sent it manually"?  

How are you sending the emails that don't work?  A form or time trigger?

I don't have access to the script.  I try to help with limited knowledge of Workplace accounts and domain settings.

Did someone recently add a security program that controls emails.
